By accessing or using Seekline, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Seekline on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Seekline provides tools for organizing investment research, watchlists, investment cases, evidence, monitoring workflows, and AI-assisted analysis.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Seekline, including prompts, watchlists, research notes, cases, and other inputs.

You grant ALPHASEEK LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Seekline.

Seekline may generate summaries, classifications, monitoring suggestions, and other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs are for informational and research workflow purposes only.

Seekline does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security or financial instrument. Seekline does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

ALPHASEEK LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, securities marketplace, or fiduciary.

Market data, company data, news, financial statements, analysis, and other information may come from third parties or automated systems.

We do not guarantee that any data or output is accurate, complete, timely, available, or suitable for your needs. Verify information independently before relying on it.

You may not use Seekline to violate law, infringe rights, submit malicious code, disrupt the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, scrape at abusive rates, or misrepresent outputs as guaranteed advice.

You may not use Seekline to make automated trading decisions without your own independent review and responsibility.

Some features may be offered through free, trial, waitlist, or paid plans. Plan details, limits, and pricing will be shown in the product or at checkout when paid plans are available.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy at /refund-policy. In general, first-time Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days, subject to the terms of that policy.

Seekline, including its software, design, trademarks, and service content, is owned by ALPHASEEK LLC or its licensors.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Seekline or our intellectual property to you.

Seekline may integrate with or rely on third-party services, models, infrastructure, analytics, and data providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Seekline is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHASEEK LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

No output, alert, watchlist signal, case status, or other information from Seekline guarantees any investment result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHASEEK LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, investment losses, trading losses, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to Seekline will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend and indemnify ALPHASEEK LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Seekline, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Seekline if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service unlawfully.

You may stop using Seekline at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Some consumer protection laws may give you rights that cannot be waived by contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new last updated date.

Your continued use of Seekline after an update means you accept the revised terms.
